What "Ket Zero" Means
A quantum metaphor for building on a strong foundation.
In quantum mechanics, |0⟩ — "ket zero" — represents the starting state of a qubit before it's transformed by a sequence of gates.
Your business is the starting state — your |0⟩. Together, we design the "gates": the AI agents, checks, and workflows that act on that foundation.
The goal isn't magic. It's using a powerful base (modern AI systems) to make your existing team multipliers — not to replace the humans who know your world best.
How We Partner Together
Discovery — Map the Current Picture
We look at how you're gathering intelligence, making decisions, and where the blind spots live: data sources, teams, bottlenecks, and the questions you can't answer fast enough.
Workflow Design — On a Literal Whiteboard
We sketch the agentic workflow: which agents exist, what they're allowed to do, where humans stay firmly in the loop, and what "success" looks like.
Build & Deploy — Gently, On Your Stack
Implementation on GCP/AWS and modern AI tooling, wired to your actual data sources. You get something real that your team can use — not a slideware prototype.
Iterate & Expand — When You're Ready
Once the first workflow is humming, we decide together whether it makes sense to add more: supply chain visibility, competitive monitoring, operational dashboards, or other intelligence needs.
The Person Behind the Whiteboard
Hi, I'm Jonny
I've spent over a decade helping companies make better decisions with data — building measurement systems, designing experiments, and translating messy information into action. The work was rewarding, but I kept hitting the same ceiling: too many manual steps, too many tools that didn't talk to each other, too much time spent on mechanics instead of thinking.
When agentic AI started becoming real — not just chatbots, but systems that could reason, use tools, and complete multi-step workflows — I saw the unlock. Now I build intelligence platforms for businesses that need supply chain visibility, operational monitoring, or competitive insights without the hype.
I'm based in Chicago. When I'm not at the whiteboard, I'm probably tinkering with quantum computing concepts or figuring out how to explain something complicated in a way that actually sticks.
Want to chat? I'm always up for a good conversation about AI, operations, or whatever problem you're stuck on.
